Vol. I ✦ New York ✦ A New Podcast
When money turns invisible, what’s left to count?
Capital & Change is a salon inside a 1940s newsstand at Rockefeller Center, where the people who move markets sit down long enough to answer that question.

The Show
Change, in both senses.
Remy spends her days breaking down numbers, data, and market price action on live television. This show is where she slows down: thirty to forty-five minutes across the table from the visionary entrepreneurs and innovators shaping what comes next, on how they build not just for profit but for a meaningful life.
No rapid-fire news rounds. A relaxed, intimate masterclass in salon form, taped where passersby can watch through the glass.
The show is taped in a newsstand, so change means the coins that once bought the morning paper here, and the transformation each guest is working toward. As money turns invisible, the show asks what the smartest minds still count.

The Host
Remy Blaire
News anchor, business school professor
“While the world chases the noise, I’m looking at the foundation.”
Remy has reported live from the New York Stock Exchange and NASDAQ MarketSite through some of the most consequential market events of the past decade, and teaches the next generation of business minds between broadcasts.
She is fluent in macroeconomics and in the behavioral psychology underneath it. Capital & Change is where that pairing goes to work on the decisions behind the decisions.

The Studio
First it sold the news. Now it makes it.
Capital & Change is taped at Newsstand Studios, a 1940s newsstand in the lobby of 10 Rockefeller Plaza rebuilt as a broadcast studio.
For decades this brass booth traded papers and loose change with the morning crowd. Today the wooden magazine racks hold broadcast panels, and people crossing the lobby stop to watch conversations get made where headlines used to be sold.
